When I called to complain about my soy milk curdling in the bottom of my cup they said it does that when you don't shake it. I drink soy milk at home and it has never. I always end up at the Walzem or Forum locations just to have a drink remade which really sucks because this location is like, 10 seconds away from me. They're horrible.February 17, 2017
