  I saw the leg thigh and biscuit special for 1.99on tv. I went down to order it and when I arrived home the receipt had a total without the charges and it was $2.70. Even with taxes this should have been no more than $2.17.
  25% increase? I don't think they are honest people.

  Customer service is lacking here. We ordered leg and thigh meal. They rang it up as mixed meal. When we came up to the window and corrected the cashier, she told the girl placing the chicken in the box that it needs to be changed to legs and thighs. At that point the girl rolled her eyes and looked at us with that "seriously?" look. I'm sorry if you all could not pay attention to your customers order. But if anyone is to be doing any eye rolling it should be us for your lack of competence. So my advice to those who like church's chicken is this: Go to a different one. Boycott poor service.
